Valentine's Day is fast approaching, and Fortnite is celebrating with a brand-new Love and War event, as well as holiday-themed skins. Version 11.50 brought Launch Pads back to Battle Royale as well as the Chaos Engine, which updates the game's physics in ways most players probably won't even notice. Here are the latest leaks found by dataminers, including a sweet Harley Quinn skin based on the new Birds of Prey movie and the DC cinematic universe.
Fortnite Version 11.50 Skin LeaksHarley Quinn- The femme fatale from Suicide Squad and Birds of Prey finally makes her way to Fortnite. Starting off as a side character for Joker in Batman: The Animated Series, Harley has evolved into a cultural comic book icon. Players will be able to unlock the skin sometime next week, with additional challenges for one more visual style.
Candyman- What I can only describe as a sentient sugar monster, Candyman is coming soon to the Battle Bus. This skin has no bones or teeth, just a collection of those nasty-tasting Valentine's Day candy hearts that feature schmaltzy phrases. This skin is one of the more unique cosmetics in the 11.50 bunch (even if it reminds me of some very awkward Februaries).
Bullseye (Pixel Heart)- A new Valentine's Day-themed variant for the classic Bullseye skin will be offered to players who have purchased the outfit from the Item Shop.
Lovethorn- Do you love Power Rangers villains? Then Lovethorn is the perfect addition to your in-game Locker. Its pink or purple jumpsuit looks like it's about to jump straight into a Zord and defeat a comically themed villain dressed in a rubber suit. A bit of love and war with this outfit and you'll be able to unlock in just a few days.
Pinkie- I don't like to look at Pinkie, because it scares me quite a bit. That lovable outfit combined with a face mask of unblinking expression makes me think there's something malicious going on. Out of this new batch of skins, this one is the least desirable. Why play as a rejected member of the Jabbawockeez dance troupe when you can yell "Mistah Jay" with Harley Quinn?
