Fortnite's Meteoric Rise Challenges are live, offering players a chance to unlock the Scientist skin. While most of the challenges are pretty easy, the one that asks players to touch a Giant Glowing Cube, enter the Rift above Loot Lake and search a Landing Pod within a Meteor may give some players trouble. In this guide we'll reveal the location of each landmark and a screenshot of what it looks like.
Touch a Giant Glowing CubeTo touch a Giant Glowing Cube you have to head to the Floating Island that's clearly visible on the map below. The Island shifts is location around the map, so it may not be in this exact same spot each time.
When you get there, simply bump into Kevin the Cube on the bottom of the Island. You'll know you've done it right when you bounce back from the impact.
Enter the Rift above Loot LakeThe Rift above Loot Lake is pretty much impossible to miss at the center of the named location.
Just enter the massive, glowing Rift and you'll get credit for this part of the challenge.
Search a Landing Pod within a MeteorThe Landing Pod is found right here between Dusty Depot and Salty Springs.
Just land on the platform and find something inside the caves to get credit for the challenge. Generally you'll always find a Chest or something in there as long as other players haven't taken every last bit of loot first.
Meteoric Rise ChallengesFor those who missed the initial reveal, here's a recap of the other Meteoric Rise Challenges players have the option to complete.
Accomplish these tasks and you'll get the following rewards.
